A WARNING NOTE

 FINAL UPDATE:

Due to the unofficial copying and use of the Dungeons and Dragons session material by one of my players and used, word for word, to write and publish a book on Amazon Kindle, I have deleted all posts relevant to every campaign that that person played in.

The blog will now be retained for non Dungeons and Dragons material from other games I play in whether as a solo player or from my local wargames club.

It takes the actions of 1 person to ruin what this blog was intended for.

Demands to remove the book have met with messages of legal action if I pursue any such course, and a refusal to accept that the person had done anything wrong.

Demands to prove I have permission to use official Wizards of the Coast maps, place names etc to be produced to this person I have decided not to produce.

Suffice to say, I have been in contact with Wizards of the Coast and in accordance with their legal requirements of Shared Player Content, permission from the actual designer of the maps included, have been agreed.

That said, does the author of the book have the same, as all the maps, etc were copied from my BLOG.

There you have it.

So a word from the wise.

TRUST NO ONE. IF YOU ARE A DM GET ALL YOUR PLAYERS TO AGREE VERBALLY AND IN WRITTING THAT YOU AS THE DM OWN THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF WHAT YOU CREATE, IN WORD, DIAGRAM OR IMAGE.

FRANCO PRUSSIAN WAR 1870

The newest campaign at the club is a multi player Franco Prussian War campaign. Since we have started the Prussian army have won several battles but the latest battle a huge 8 corps battle fought over a Saturday and Thursday was called a Prussian Draw result.

Most of the figures belong to Neil Scott with an increasing number Thom's (French). For myself I have now purchased enough figures to complete the Saxon XII Corps.
